Prices
Prices
Every event is quoted individually, so the price fits what you actually need.
What affects the price
- Numbers. The van, fuel and set-up cost much the same for a small or large group, so the cost per head usually falls as numbers rise.
- The menu. How many choices, and which fish.
- Service time. A one-hour lunch is a different booking from serving all afternoon at a fête.
- Travel and access. Distance, tolls and charges, parking and how easy the site is to reach.
- The date. Summer Saturdays and December Fridays are the busiest days of the year.
Getting a quote
Send us your date, venue or postcode, rough numbers, the kind of event and when you’d like to eat. We’ll reply with a clear price that spells out what’s included.
Before you compare quotes
Check what each quote includes: how many hours of service, the menu, any minimum charge, travel and VAT. Our guide to what a fish and chip van costs and our list of questions to ask before you book will help.
